As promised, I shall post something today. =)
Today is a bad bad bad day. Partly because I didn't score an A for my IDEA CA2 Project. I was 1 mark shy from the A grade. Ahhhhhh! Stingy teacher.

Hulala!! This blog seems kinda dead to me. "Shareholders", aren't you guys gonna do something about it? =)
Anyway, to get the ball rolling (*again*), I shall start on a new post myself. Hmm.. Went for a dinner at Jalan Besar Stadium yesterday night. It was a function organised by my workplace and I was invited, FREE-OF-CHARGE! Pretty cool eh, considering the scrumptious food and nice atmosphere there. Oh, by the way, my workplace is officially 25 years old. Happy 25th birthday, workplace! Ahaha!
Other than that, the rest of my time has been spent DotA-ing, doing my tutorials and yakking away with my friends. Mundane life of a Singapore student. *Sighh*
Hmm.. Since I have nothing to blog about today, I shall write about an inspiration. "Are helpful people non-existent in our current society?"
To say this sweeping statement about our people is definitely incorrect. I mean, I have heard and even witness for myself the inner beauty of people. To start off, let me give you guys an example.
This incident I witnessed was during the time when I was on duty for work. My superior, who has picked up a lost phone, was waiting anxiously at the reception area. After some five to ten minutes, a girl in uniform rushed through the entrance and started thanking my superior.
My superior: Oh it's nothing. Don't mention it.
Girl: Oh, really, I am grateful.
So, after getting her phone back and expressing her gratitude, she left the library. Thinking that she had already went back, it was suprising for us to see her in the library again, this time round, carrying four to five packets of tea and coffee. No doubts, it was my superior who became the one thanking her now.
Back to topic. I think that the statement would stand true if we change some of the wordings. "The number of helpful people out there are getting fewer and fewer in our current society."
It doesn't need you to be a genius to figure out the meaning behind that sentence. As the society progress and economy develops, people are becoming more practical and calculative. In order to survive, everyone is beginning to fend for their interest and as a result, the warmth that we used to have, the care for the society, all of which seem to be eroded from our hearts.
We humans consider ourselves to be more superior than animals. What an irony this is, when documentaries show that elephants which travel in herds, risk everything to try to protect one another in times of danger. Are we able to do that?
That's all for today. Stay tune for the next post! Good day to all.

Whee-Ooh-Wheets! Been feeling really happy over the past few days. Although this uber-tiring week has been filled with deadlines and brainstorming sessions for projects, I am still happy! Haha.
Nubcake Zhihao stayed at my place for two nights since Tuesday. It was quite fun chatting and playing with him. Well, he does seem to be confused over some relationship stuffs. Hmm.. Perhaps, what I can suggest to him is that it is better for him to try out his own methods. Even if it fails, treat it as a learning opportunity. Be yourself. You are who you are, not anyone else. That, I believe, is the most important point.
Yesterday was an "off" day for me as I did not have to attend school on Wednesdays. However, life was little more than better as I have to complete my remaining tutorials and projects and it took up the bulk of my time. Argh! But still, I am happy! Ahah!
Hmm.. I guess the feeling of satisfaction has finally hit me. I am slowly fading away from the never-satisfied-perfectionist image that I once hold. Yayyy!! I don't know whether it is a good cause for celebration or not, but there is something about it which is undeniable . I am definitely leading my life as a happier person! Cheers!! Geez.

Woah! My mood has been swinging between extreme ends over the past two days. It's like I could be laughing like a madman and yet, at the next moment, I would be lost in my own world of thoughts. Hmm... Looking back, it's quite amusing to be able to feel such extreme feelings at the split of a second. Talk about a roller-coaster ride. Heh.
Actually, there is nothing really worth mentioning for the past few days. I think I will be posting a longer "essay" once I get a new inspiration. Geez.
Till then, good night readers!
Good luck for your coversation test tomorrow. Don't need to feel nervous lahz. You can do it one! =)

Hi all! Has been a long time since I last blogged. Heh. There are quite a few things which happened over the past two days and they are events which I think are worthy enough for me to blog down.
First of all, I caught The Kingdom with my friends on Friday evening. There is only one word to describe the movie: Wow! Just a bit about the storyline, the movie is all about the war on terrorism in the Middle East (or more specifically, as depicted in this movie, in Saudi Arabia). The movie gives us an insight on how terrorists carry out their operations and how the police and military forces try to foil their plans and bring them to justice. And if we look deeper into it, the movie actually carries an underlying message to the audience. Vengence begets more vengence. The people that were hurt will think of ways to get back at those who hurt them. Once the latter group of people suffers, they will seek revenge. Consequently, the pain will only be aggravated in this vicious and bloody cycle.
Next up, I have the Singapore Polytechnic Global Cultural Festival to tell you guys about. The SP Global Cultural Festival, which lasted for around two hours, was held in the SP Convention centre yesterday evening. Many schools participated in the performance, with Millenia Institue winning the "Best Performance Award" awarded by.... None other than ME! Heh. But their performace last night was really outstanding, and the musical instruments they played are those traditional ones from Philippines and Indonesia. No prizes if you guessed that the instruments are imbalancely hard to play, cause it really is (at least to me). There are dances as well, some of which are soothing, others wild and exotic.
The musical world is an alluring one. There are so many wonders about music that really entice me. The piano, flute, the xylohpone, clarinet... All the sounds they produce are able to blend in so well to form a piece of music so beautiful. Coupled with the strong vocals of the singers and the graceful dance moves of the dancers, the entire setting is.... Perfect.
I am at a loss of what to say, what to do. I just hope that somehow, somewhat, my prayers can be heard and a form of cosolation will be made available to me. No matter what, I want you to know, I will always be here when you need someone to talk to, to hear you out. That's my promise.
