After 3 months and 18 days of courting, the male had finally succeeded in capturing the heart of the female. Terry and Maledine were meant for each other. They are both gorgeous and their characteristics match each other. Maledine has a very cute habit. She likes to record down the places that she and Terry went for a date.

Terry had never been late for a date for the past 8 months. The clock shows "3.05". He was 5 minutes late. Worried, Maledine decided to call Terry. After around 10 seconds, just when Maledine wants to hang up, there was a hoarse voice, "Sorry dear, I did not turn up because I am sick. *Cough*."

Maledine asked panicky, "What happen to you?"

Terry replied, "Don't worry. I will be fine in a few days time. Just some coughing and a slight fever."

Maledine ordered Terry to recover when she got back from Japan or else he will get it from her.

As Maledine was in Tokyo, Japan, she doesn't know whatever happened in the next 10 days.

Terry's health seems to deteriorate even with medication. He doesn't have good appetite, he sometimes feels shortness of breath. In day 3, he coughed up blood. Things doesn't seem right so Terry's parents decided to bring him to a hospital.

After telling the doctor Terry's illness, the doctor immediately asked Terry to do a chest X-ray. The doctor asked Terry and his parents to go back home and will call them once he have analyse the X-ray. In day 9, the hospital called and asked for Terry and his parents back to the hospital. The stern look on the doctor worried Terry and his parents.

Anxiously, Terry's mum asked, "What happen to Terry?"

The doctor replied in a monotone, "I'm sorry to say that your son Terry, is in the last stage of lung cancer."

The world seemed to have stop for 5 seconds. And after that 5 seconds, to Terry and his parents. especially Terry, it was doomsday. His mum broke down into tears leaning on his strong father. Terry just couldn't accept the fact that he was going to die at such a young age.

The doctor then gave another heart-breaking news, "I'm also sorry to say that Terry has only another 1-2 months to live."

At the same time, Maledine was on her way back to Singapore without knowing this cruel fact ......
